| Aimed at beginners who have not ridden previously or with little experience. (This may also be a good option for riders who have not ridden for many years and are getting back into motorcycling). Tuition is conducted in small groups to ensure a good coach/student ratio is maintained. Training is aimed at the standards required for the Basic Handling Skills Test. As a guideline only, allow 5 to 6 hours of tuition prior to the Basic Handling Skills Test (BHST).The combined cost of using one of our motorcycles* with tuition is $80.00 per hour.
A prepaid package of 6 hours qualifies you for a special discounted rate of $435.00. (NB: no refunds are provided with this package irrespective of whether the hours are used or not).
If you supply your own motorcycle, a flat rate of $50.00 per hour applies.
*A bond for damage to the m/c of $100.00 also applies in addition to the above fees.
